The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring the well-being of patients, visitors, and staff.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall cleanliness and infection control within Yarrawonga Health.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check prior to commencement.
Key Selection Criteria: Must be able to work all shifts, weekly, afternoon and weekends including public holidays Computer skills at a basic level; Understanding of confidentiality; Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills; Ability to work with a wide variety of people; Self-motivated with a high level of communication and organisational skills demonstrated ability to work alone.
Desirable: Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of infection control practices and procedures.
Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials.
Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
