The Opportunity
Nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of NSW's Hunter region, Shortland Waters Retirement Living offers a rare opportunity to retire alongside the fairway. You will work closely with our friendly team to support our residents with housekeeping, laundry and general domestic cleaning duties. You'll enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and delivering a high-quality, customer-centred approach to domestic care.

What we offer $25.86/hour + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Opportunity to work across a number of our neighbouring communities You willDeliver high-quality cleaning services within resident's apartments, units and common areas including floors, bathrooms, kitchens and general housekeeping Deliver thorough service to residents and fellow staff members by attending to resident requests and community emergencies Enjoy building relationships and being a friendly face to residents Provide assistance to the residents and community with general ad-hoc tasks Follow all OH&S standards and report any safety & security incidents What you will bringPrevious experience in cleaning, housekeeping or laundry service roles (highly desired) Current Police Check clearance (required, but we can complete for you) Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required) Who we are
