We currently have opportunities for Claims Support Officers in our Melbourne office, who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the expectation of our internal and external Allianz Workers Compensation customers.
You'll be responsible for: Maintaining a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, business objectives, and relevant legislation.Effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing high levels of customer service.Adhering to Allianz business objectives and Workcover standards, as applicable.Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes meeting requirements (as per Allianz and Worksafe guidelines) including accurate processing to ensure no erroneous payments are made.Responding to task-related queries from various stakeholders, escalating to Case manager, Technical Manager, Team Leader, or Manager as required.Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment, and contributing in a positive manner to the team's morale.About you: Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences.Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
