You'll be part of a dedicated team who thrive on offering personalised services to our members, guiding them to success by understanding their unique needs. You will help solve problems while sharing information on our market-leading products and services, all while making sure every process and interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
This team works on a monthly roster with hours being between 8:00am and 5:30pm, with work from home options available.
What you'll do Processing QCHF claims in a risk-aware and timely mannerHandling enquiries and contacting members and/or providers to validate information when requiredIdentifying and raising errors to enable possible root cause identificationEnsuring members' policy details are maintained, updating information as requiredHow to Apply
