Based in the Sydney this is a wonderful opportunity for you to join a life insurance company that is constantly recognised for its achievements and supportive culture.
About the role:
As a group claims assessor you will be managing a small portfolio of end-to-end claims
Provide exceptional customer service, including ongoing interaction with members, medical / legal professionals, and service providers
Investigations, strategies and planning to achieve positive outcomes for the customer
Participate in business initiatives and projects.

To be successful in your new role:
1-2 years experience in end-to end management of life insurance claims
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of medical terms / concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tertiary qualifications will be looked upon favourably.
Also open to an outstanding allied health, CTP or workers compensation candidate.
