Based in our Haberfield office, the role would suit someone who has a real passion for administration and a love of working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReconcile insurance transactionsSend payment requests to accountsProvide claim updates to customersSend letters of demand to third partiesLiaise with repairers to confirm repair progress and completionUpload new claims in the systemIdentify any missing information from new claimsContact insurers to verify informationContact customers, third parties, and witnesses to collate evidenceProcess vehicle tow requestsWhat You'll BringMinimum 1 year of experience in an administration roleBe a natural problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive, empathetic natureSelf-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasksAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamAn understanding of insurance would be advantageous but not requiredComfortable with computers and learning new systemsWilling to learn and able to adapt to change in this evolving roleOur BenefitsPerformance-based bonus and commission plansEmployee Assistance ProgramDedicated Learning & Development PlatformSplend is a dynamic growth company driven by a shared vision for success.
