An opportunity has become available for a Civils Superintendent/Supervisor on a new Rail line Project.
The Civils Team is accountable for the delivery of multiple civil packages including Drainage, Conduit installation for LV and Comms (material and installation), ULXs, Pits, OCCS light and signal poles and earthworks.
The Civils Superintendent/Supervisor will manage and deliver a program which will primarily include Civil packages within the New rail line Project.
Key Accountabilities: Manage work packages to ensure active management of delivery timeframes against framework contractor constraints and critical business risk outcomes;Manage project performance through effective leadership, ensuring collaboration to leverage synergies and capabilities across business disciplines in the delivery of capital programs;Manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders, delivery partners, external contractors, customers, and the community to ensure program and project outcomes are met and expectations are managed;About You: You will primarily come from a machinery operating background with extensive experience in trenching, laying conduits, and pit installation;Significant knowledge and experience in applying project supervision methodologies to deliver civils programs from initiation to commissioning and handover;Proven ability to lead the delivery of civil projects, by optimizing resource allocation and risk management to achieve cost, time, quality, and scope targets;Commercial acumen to manage financial and budget control within civil contracts and drive efficiencies to deliver value for money outcomes;Attention to detail with a mindset of leaving the site in better condition than when received.We offer an innovative and inclusive environment where ideas are shared and listened to and the development of our people and opportunity to grow is encouraged and supported.
