We provide end-to-end solutions spanning Equipment Hire, Engineering Solutions, Industrial Solutions and Power & HVAC.Here's how you'll be a part of our teamAttractive annual salaryPermanent full-time positionBased at Beresfield as well as working on customer sites - across Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Northern NSWWorking across high profile projects, the position of Operations Supervisor - Engineering Solutions will use construction and on-site experience and skills to plan, execute and supervise the installation of our specialist structural and temporary works products, with a primary focus on dewatering whilst working closely with our customers.As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will also need to:Be the Coates representative on site taking responsibility for delivery of client solution, delegate tasks, ensure safety, quality, and monitor productivity.Oversee the coordination & installation of our range of specialised products on customer sites.Run prestart, toolbox meetings and complete/review SMWS/JSAs.Manage customer site conditions, delays, customer expectations and variances to original quote.Demonstrate a Safety-First culture throughout the organisation.Build and develop an efficient and effective installation team.Work with Coates branches to organise plant, equipment and resourcing.What you'll get in returnAs a member of the Coates team you'll enjoy a range of perks and benefits, including:Training and career progression pathwaysAccess to our employee discounts and benefits programPurchased additional leave programEmployee discounts on equipment hireNovated leasing and salary sacrificeWhat you'll bring to the roleAs well as having experience in a similar role, you will also have the following:Strong construction site experience, with a focus on dewatering; you will have prepared and managed risk assessments and safe work method statements.Experience building relationships with customers and sub-contractors.Experience in managing a team, delegating tasks and personnel supervision to meet project timelines.Basic Computer skills, ability to work on MS Word, Excel.Experience in project management on multiple sites will be highly regarded.Good planning and team leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and the possession of excellent problem-solving skills.Qualifications:Telehandler ticket will be highly regarded.EWP and Forklift Operators Licence.High Risk work licence will be highly regarded for EWP.(+11m)/Forklift/Basic Riggers.Confined Space Entry Tickets.MR/HR Truck License would be beneficial.Undertaking or having completed a diploma in engineering, construction management or project management is preferred for this role.Unlock your next career opportunity - apply today!Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our culture.
