You will be working as part of the Community Development team. This role will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with general urban, land, and subdivision design along with project management experience.
Your Responsibilities: Civil design, design coordination and project management of urban, land and subdivision projects, from feasibility through to construction. Prepare technical reports and specifications. Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects. Manage projects including scheduling and the preparation of project budgets. Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects. Undertake and manage site inspections. Contribute to the development of the company's knowledge and skills in civil engineering including planning, design, and construction. Maintain existing and develop new, trusted relationships with key clients. Assist in the securing and delivery of projects by way of business development and client relationship management. About You: Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and the delivery of projects, ideally within urban, land and subdivisions. Experience and a sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modelling, and construction. Project management skills. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
