City Parking Lead

$90,522 pa + 12% super + leave loading note: this rate is inclusive of a 4.27% supervisors allowance Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 4 of EBA5 9 day fortnight 76 hour fortnight About our opportunity We are looking for a leader to join our team in an exciting time of innovation and change.
You will lead a team of Parking Patrol Officers to deliver parking enforcement and education programs, in accordance with Council's local laws and State legislation.
You will also be integral to Council's delivery of automated number plate recognition for parking regulation enforcement.
We will look to you for specialist knowledge in relation to parking compliance and legislation, and you will respond to escalated customer and procedural issues by providing expert advice, exercising judgement and initiative, and providing high quality communications.
You will lead and foster a high-performance team culture through a range of workforce management activities, including the coaching and development of team members.

You will bring your experience in interpreting and enforcing legislation paired with strong investigation, data analysis and research skills.
As a natural communicator, you will be experienced in responding to complex, sensitive and escalated matters with key external clients, and be driven to lead a team to enable efficiency, innovation, and high standards of customer service.
