About You: Relevant tertiary qualification/s i.e., Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Cert IV in Child Youth & Family Intervention / Business Management, or equivalent, (clickhereto view more details) Vic- Including Residential Top Up UnitsHold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and to improve as a leader.Capacity to lead the local implementation of change and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.Excellent communication with well-developed written, verbal and listening skills with the confidence and capability to use a range of systems and technology.Candidates with a disability are encouraged to apply!
