Childcare Centre Director / Operations Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Director / Operations Manager for a new centre due to open in Victoria Park. As the Centre Director / Operations Manager you will be responsible for: Overseeing the operation and management of daily activities within the centre. Guiding a team of educators, offering leadership and direction within our service. Working together with team members to introduce and execute fresh concepts. Delivering top-notch care and education to children. Establishing connections with children and families within the centre. Engaging in ongoing critical reflection to deepen personal learning and offer guidance to team members. Staying up to date with industry developments and legislative changes. Assisting educators on the floor to maintain appropriate ratios, steering practices, and providing mentorship. Recruitment of new educators and training of their skills. To be successful, you will need: Proven experience within a similar Centre Manager / Operations Manager position. A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA equivalent in either. A Valid Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain). Have a Childcare Provider number (or be willing to obtain). What's in it for you?
