We are looking for a passionate leader to build Australia's first Early Years Child Parent Psychotherapy + multidisciplinary clinic—a bold initiative aimed at providing life-changing support to infants, children, and families experiencing trauma, family violence, and neglect.Exciting OpportunityBerry Street is Australia's leading employer of Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) clinicians, and we're taking things to the next level. Thanks to philanthropic funding, we are exploring the creation of a first-of-its-kind Early Years CPP+ Clinic. This innovative clinic will provide trauma-informed assessment and treatment for babies and children whose parents or caregivers face complex challenges such as intergenerational trauma, family violence, poverty, and housing instability.We envision this clinic becoming a hub for professional placements and training opportunities for CPP trainees from across the sector.What will you be doing in the role?Designing and developing the clinic model from the ground up.Transitioning clinic operations to the Take Two Consultancy Team by FY25, with ongoing service delivery led by a CPP Team Leader and Senior Clinician.Collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring all project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.Creating a Clinic Program Manual outlining all processes and governance structures.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to drive the project and keep it on track.Provide regular progress reports to funders and partners.Ensure the project's financial feasibility by identifying sustainable funding sources.Develop clear clinical pathways, referral processes, and governance frameworks.Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring the highest quality in delivery.Explore and recommend options for professional placement opportunities for future CPP trainees.Facilitate a seamless transition of clinic operations to the Take Two Consultancy Team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in a Health or Welfare related field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology).Demonstrated Project Management expertise or relevant qualification.A strong understanding of funding models and service delivery within the welfare, child protection and health sectors.Apply now and help us transform lives and create brighter futures!Please submit your resume and a cover letter addressing the key selection by 11pm, Thursday 14 November 2024.Contact Information: For more information, please contact Catherine McQueen, Assistant Director on 03 9239 1400.Please note: the successful applicant will be subject to comprehensive reference and background checking prior to employment, including a Working with Children Check and National Police Check (International Police Checks may be applicable).Berry Street is committed to being a child safe, child friendly and child empowering organisation.
