Base Salary: $118,072 - $126,789 (p.a.) The position has a strong focus on outreach work with clinical, liaison and administrative responsibilities.
To be considered for this position, you will require: Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) At least five years clinical experience Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team Experience in community-based child health nursing, case management and chronic disease management For more information on the position, please contact: Child Health Outreach Program (CHOP) Team Leader, Toni-Clair Braitling-Kitson on (08) 8952 3397 / 0429 944 070 or
