Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Chief Workforce Officer, based in Alice Springs.

The Chief Workforce Officer is a senior management role responsible for ensuring Congress has a trained and dedicated workforce to serve the community.
This position reports to the HR General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations (ER) and Recruitment teams.
Who are we looking for?
We seek an individual with HR leadership experience aiming for senior or executive management.
The ideal candidate will have relevant university qualifications and strong knowledge of industrial relations and management practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build rapport, manage conflict, and an ethical approach to HR are essential.
Strategic thinking and a positive problem-solving attitude are also required.
