This dealership, which is situated in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, is looking to appoint a General Manager to help drive their sales activities. This is a newly created position, which has come about due to business growth. With increased stock availability, it is expected that volume at this site will continue to grow, necessitating the need for a strong operator.
You will lead a strong team and work closely with the Dealer Principal to help drive growth and business improvement.
Requirements: Experience as either a General Manager, General Sales Manager or a New Car Sales Manager in a high-volume operation.Exceptionally good communication skills.Thorough understanding of the road to a sale.Ability to build, train and motivate a diverse sales team.Make no mistake, the right Manager in this role will be able to attain a very good level of earning. The chosen candidate for this role will receive a generous remuneration package comprising a retainer plus vehicle, super and incentives.
