• Communicator - Team Builder - Results Focused - Completer• Operations, Infrastructure/Maintenance, Safety/Security & more• Large diverse site, early start – Southside Brisbane A superb opportunity exists for an experienced Manager/Executive to work with and support the CEO and executive management, by managing and leading the operations and maintenance teams with key responsibilities at this large commercial site. You will enhance stakeholder relationships and will drive and manage your team to develop new strategies with a continuous improvements focus on operations, maintenance, site safety, security, infrastructure projects, systems and more. Responsibilities are diverse and include: Operational policies, procedures, reporting, training materials, including written and controlled documentation Site safety procedures and compliance including training Managing access controls, security, compliance/risk strategies Manage site emergency infrastructure plans and systems, including fire/flood Oversee Site Infrastructure/Construction projects and maintenance planning and execution Waste and pest management, industrial cleaning, site presentation Develop and improve traffic management plans and traffic controls Budget development, planning, management and reporting Develop and mentor your team and build relationships at all levels, including with onsite stakeholders Attributes and skills which will ensure your success include:10+ years leadership in Operations/Facilities Management/Construction/Engineering, ideally with some understanding of council requirements and town planning Appropriate Ba degree/trade qualifications, coupled with proven commercial business acumen Strong communication including verbal/written presentation/skills and reporting ability IT proficient/systems savvy, with planning/procurement/access controls/database management Strong attention to detail, a completer, can plan, analyse, document and recommend improvements Ability to establish, influence and maintain strong relationships at all levels Track record of business/projects improvements and results Rewards are attractive, you will enjoy: The location and the early start, get home earlier Joining an established, growing and market leading company A unique culture, with a talented diverse team A career move, your talent will be rewarded, you won't be bored A busy varied senior role where you can make a difference and each day is different If you enjoy a challenge with diverse responsibilities and thrive on taking ownership, delivering results and completing projects, this may be the position for you.
