This role involves leading strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability, designing and embedding accountability systems to children and young people, and aligning innovative practices with the organisation's vision to improve the lives of children, families, and communities.The Ideal Candidate:We are seeking an energetic, strategic and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in a similar-sized organisation and role.
