General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Full timeOpportunity to make a significant impact.Location flexible nationally.We are seeking a Chief Impact & Growth Officer for a national, reputable non-government, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for children, families, and communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled executive to lead in an organisation that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across diverse operations.The Role:The CIGO is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring effective translation of innovation into practice, and cultivating growth and impact business opportunities. It is also responsible for ensuring that the organisation effectively measures and maximises its social impact. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability, designing and embedding accountability systems to children and young people, and aligning innovative practices with the organisation's vision to improve the lives of children, families, and communities.The Ideal Candidate:We are seeking an energetic, strategic and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in a similar-sized organisation and role.
