Full timeRefinement, growth and exit of PE investment.This manufacturing business is a major player within its global market with a strong presence in Australia/New Zealand and growing internationally. It is established but still growing consistently and backed by a top-tier investment fund.You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and broader team in the execution of the growth strategy. You will own and deliver all aspects of finance as well as decision support, reporting to the board and business, and ensuring the platform (systems, process & people) is solid and robust to support continuing growth over the next 3-5 years. A key focus area is adding commercial value across margins, inventory, supply chain, and stock, and unlocking the COO and CEO to focus on other activities. Additionally, a focus on the integration of the acquired businesses into the whole and ensuring processes and systems are best in class, efficient, and driving value from the growth. Ultimately, this business will be looking to exit, so you will partner with the CEO, PE sponsors, and external advisors in this process.You must bring a track record as a CFO within a product manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory setting. Ideally across low-margin, high-volume businesses. Core skills of driving greater insight, analyzing data, and instilling and implementing robust forward finance strategies. You understand scale and complexity, have a global outlook, and operate at pace. The business has an enviable culture, very good retention, and an impressive and stable senior management team.
