Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the accounting and finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. As a key member of the executive team, collaborating with the CEO and other leaders to drive the company's strategic vision and operational effectiveness. The CFO is expected to apply industry-specific knowledge to ensure accurate project costing, financial management of construction contracts, and effective cash flow management. The role will also identify and mitigate financial risks.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction or related building subcontractor industry and a proven track record of financial leadership in a similar role.
