Company OverviewThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of Lead Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitabilityPrepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directorsManage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics to inform business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancementsLead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standardsSalary Range$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualificationsRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldProfessional certification in accounting (CPA, CA, etc.)Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBenefitsLocationThis position is based in (Location), however remote work options are available.
