The role involves working closely with the executive team to develop strategies, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Monthly management reporting, annual budgets, and forecasts Tax compliance, structuring, and returns (BASs and ITRs) Implement continuous improvements focusing on automation, outsourcing, and efficiency Provide financial analysis for projects, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and new business evaluations Develop tools and systems for financial support and operational insights Ensure regulatory compliance and proper registrations Maintain spending controls per policies Establish and enforce policies and procedures Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate finance staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related; MBA or CPA/CA preferred Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in food manufacturing is essential Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising is a plus Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills This hands-on role requires a senior leader capable of delivering across multiple finance aspects and contributing to corporate strategy.
