The Opportunity As our next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will have the unique opportunity to lead and grow a thriving organisation that plays a critical role in the health outcomes of Tasmanians. Reporting to a supportive and engaged Board, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the continued financial sustainability of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to the organisation, aligning with our purpose of keeping Tasmanians out of hospital. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support growth and enhance the quality of our services. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, community partners, and healthcare providers. Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation through sound financial management and innovative funding strategies. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation. Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve their full potential. About You Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the health of human services sector or a related field, ideally within a not-for-profit environment. Strong strategic thinking abilities with a track record of driving organisational growth and innovation. Excellent financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, funding, and financial sustainability. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Passionate about improving community health outcomes and committed to our purpose of keeping Tasmanians out of hospital and enjoying a healthy life at home in their community.
