The Group is well positioned to continue to grow and diversify, meet ambitious growth targets and become one of Australia's leading disability and mental health services providers.About the Role:The Board are seeking an experienced, skilled and commercially savvy leader capable of leading a diverse, complex organization who can expertly navigate the constantly evolving human services landscape in Australia whilst continuing to deliver exceptional quality services. The Group CEO will work closely with the Board and subsidiary CEO's to develop and execute a strategic vision that delivers growth, ensures long-term financial sustainability, maximizes social impact and drives a customer-centric culture.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns with the Group's mission and drives growth across all areas of operations;Financial Stewardship: Ensure long-term financial sustainability through exploring new revenue streams, maximizing existing revenue opportunities and closely managing cash, budgets and resources;Operational Excellence: Deliver and maintain the highest standards of service delivery across all business units, ensuring a culture of innovation and continuous improvement is well embedded;Team Building & Culture: Lead, inspire and build a collaborative executive team and foster a culture that is customer-centric, accountable and empowered;Advocacy & Representation: Be the face of Vertaview and advocate widely representing the organization with all stakeholder groups including government entities, regulatory bodies and the broader community. About You:You are a true leader and strategic thinker with a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of others. You possess strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading large, complex organizations through growth, change and innovation. Your ability to engage and inspire teams, navigate complex regulatory environments and build meaningful relationships across all levels is second to none.Qualifications & Experience:A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field is preferred,5+ years CEO practical experience in both for-purpose and commercial sectors.Extensive experience managing large-scale operations (+$250M annual turnover) and driving significant growth and transformation, andAn understanding of the human services sector, including the NDIS and mental health services, is highly desirable.Personal Attributes:Compassion, empathetic, and driven by a strong sense of purpose,A visionary leader with high EQ and ability to engage and influence at all levels,Practical, hands-on, and commitment to building trust and credibility through authentic leadership, andResilience, adaptability and preparedness to challenge the status quo and innovate while staying true to the mission.
