The position requires a Marine Engineer Class 3 certification and includes working as part of a team, maintaining excellence in safety and reliability, and overseeing Engineer work practices and performance.
The role involves energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and time management, with a focus on problem solving, engineering diagnostic skills, and proven reporting and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Current Drivers license Current First Aid and CPR Key responsibilities: Safe and efficient operation of Company vessel engines and mechanical systems Managing Engineers work practices, standards, and performance Assisting with deck loading operations Working conditions: 7 days on, 7 days off, with potential for additional hours during maintenance requirements.
