Job Title: Chief Data, Analytics & Technology Officer
Location: This role is open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

IAC is a Data & Analytics company and we are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known New Zealand based multinational looking to expand to Australia and grow their business across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
Our client has a 22 year track record in diversified technology & services.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Data, Analytics & Technology Officer is responsible for the executive leadership of the clients Data, Analytics, Information Technology, strategy and operations, ensuring that technology supports the achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Focus Areas:
Lead the entire information data, analytics and information technology function (90+ people, operational budget around $23 million) for the organisation, incorporating strategy, architecture, core systems, information security, operations, applications and processes, vendor management and digital transformation.
Lead the clients business transformation program, implementing leading edge technologies and processes to enhance performance including upgrades to self-service channels, CRM systems, as well as upgrades to Finance and Human Resource information systems.
Act as an enterprise-wide leader as a key member of the client's Executive Team.
Accountabilities:
Lead the organisation's data and analytics transformation, including the consolidation and integration of data, tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Develop strategies to improve the understanding of data, analytics, technology and its use across the organisation.
Oversee electronic records management that meets business requirements and ensures statutory obligations (both state & commonwealth) are met.
Lead and oversee the organisations' technology-related functions.
Identify, prioritise, and pursue opportunities that maximise the impact of technology & data on operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure the standards, accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of business systems, technology, and data functions to support corporate decision making and to achieve its business objectives.
Foster a culture of adaptability and innovation, that includes readiness for rapid change.
Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Communicate technology strategies and progress to the Executive, Board, and other stakeholders.
Further a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace, that supports the mental health and wellbeing of self, and others.
Identify actions and changes that lead to improving safe work environment; both physically and psychologically.
Selection Criteria:
At least 12+ years' experience in Data, Analytics and/or Technology at Executive level.
Previous experience as CTO, CIO, CDO or Executive Director is desirable.
Qualifications that evidence a deep understanding of data, technology and innovation.
Demonstrated expertise in conceptual and strategic thinking, with a track record of developing and implementing data and technology strategies that achieve business objectives.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively and influence a diverse range of stakeholders at senior levels.
Proven leadership in delivering technology solutions with great internal and external customer outcomes.
