What's the role?
Our team is our priority and you are one piece of the puzzle called CULTURE. You will be the driving force behind our internal communication and feel for the business. Team members will shout your name from the rooftops "I Love You Chief Culture Officer" and you will dance and sing and be merry……..but before we get to the Christmas party antics there is a lot of work to be done.

What do you need?

Self-motivated with loads of enthusiasm!
Great communicator
Excellent time-management skills
Extremely organized and efficient
Ability to think on your feet and find solutions
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment



What's our dream list/nice to have?

HR diploma
Previously worked in a startup environment
Currently in a senior management position
First aid certificates as well as mental health first aid training
Experience working with Opteo, Optmyzr, and Hubspot
Knew what B.H.A.G. stood for without Googling it
