About the Role:
This is a permanent, internal role within the sales team based in Sydney.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Attending to phone and email enquiriesAssisting on-road sales representativesTroubleshooting and assisting customers with service via phone and internetCompiling quotations, submitting tenders, processing orders, and maintaining CRM details using MS Office and our internal Operating SystemDeliver exceptional customer service via phone and emailAbout You:
You will be a team player who is a self-starter, able to take initiative, and work well under pressure.
Your qualifications include:
