CoreStaff are currently seeking Chef & Unqualified Cooks for multiple positions in various locations across the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project.
These positions are open to experienced Chef's & Unqualified Cooks. These roles are DIDO working on a 14/7 Roster 12 hours per shift, with accommodation and all meals provided.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Bulk cooking Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts, Crib Meals and Snacks. Working within large teams in busy commercial kitchens. Working within guidelines of HACCP standards. Record keeping, administration and general housekeeping of kitchen and food service area. To be successful for this role you will need to have the following: Experience with commercial kitchen for bulk food preparation. Experience in mining camp kitchen is advantageous but not essential. Availability to work 14/7 roster, 12-hour shifts. Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals and National Police Check. RSA certificate and/or Barista certificate is also advantageous.
