Responsibilities:Produce quality food using fresh produce and creative techniques.Maintain HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge.Work across multi-outlets, including café service and functions/events.Prioritize immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.Demonstrate a flexible attitude, clear communication, and customer service skills.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen.Qualifications or equivalent trade experience.Compensation:$73,200 - $75,000 per annum + super.
