Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a Full-Time and Casual Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help create fresh, nourishing, and high-quality dishes for our guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.Work across different kitchen sections as required, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.Support the Head Chef and team in menu development, food preparation, and service.Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards, following all health and safety regulations.Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
