Chef De PartieWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Haven Beach Restaurant & Kiosk Terrigal.
Key Responsibilities:Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality and consistency.Plan menus, specials, and function menu's that meet the highest standards.Estimate food and labour costs to optimize efficiency.Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and cooking.Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment to achieve perfect results.Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and salads, according to menu and dietary requirements.Season food during cooking and marinate foods as needed.Portion food accurately and efficiently.Plate meals and garnish plates with flair and attention to detail.Requirements:Cert III or Cert IV level culinary qualifications.Extensive experience at similar level, demonstrating expertise in kitchen management and leadership.Excellent communication and coordination skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues.Remuneration:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
