Chef / Cook Required

We are looking for experienced CHEF / Cook required for an Busy Indian restaurant in South fremantle.We are looking for like-minded people to join our energetic, passionate team, and are willing to adopt our winning Culture and make it their own Skills: · Experienced in the kitchen as a CHEF/COOK.· Demonstrate strong leadership skills.  . Ability to work in a team · Advanced communication and organizational skills · Ability to work under pressure and extended hours of work when needed · Must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as a minimum of 38 hour/week · Cooking and oversee kitchen operations including stock take and stock check.· Inspect all food products, prepare food as ordered by customers.Must have experience both South and North Indian Cuisines You will be required to have: · Positive & Friendly attitude · Passion for outstanding customer service · Flexible availability with hours including nights · excellent grooming and personal hygiene · to be a professional who loves the hospitality industry and the people involved in it!· Maintain compliance with health and hygiene regulation · Ensure adherence to cost and quality control procedures We are seeking experienced, creative and motivated people with a passion for food and commitment to quality.
