Experience and Qualities: Proven experience in a similar role Ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours Absolute accountability and ownership A strong focus on food and service standards, implementing policies and procedures A positive attitude with strong communication skills Fastidious attention to detail, whilst maintaining a practical and efficient approach to tasks Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Working as a team to prepare for al la carte service Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work place, including fridges and dry stores Working across sections Trouble shooting problems that arise using initiative and experience and excellent communication Working alongside the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and specials that enhance the customer dining experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
