RoleJob Title: Kitchen Manager - Salary: $72,500
The ideal candidate will oversee the kitchen by effectively managing other kitchen and food preparation team members while deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and direct food preparation, cooking, and presentation in a busy fast-paced setting from entrees to mains.Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.Work with Cooks and other kitchen staff for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.Work with the Director to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers.Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.Requirements:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)3 years of work experienceAbility to handle busy service and ensure quality of food is maintainedWhat We Offer:A competitive salary, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth and development.
