**About the role**:
We have a 6 month fixed term opportunity, based in our Leederville office, for a Principal - Change to lead, advise and govern the design of change across the transformation portfolio.

**About you**:
You will have a degree in a related discipline, along with significant experience in implementing organisational wide change initiatives for a large multidiscipline organisation. Your extensive experience and knowledge in the technical design and implementation of change management processes, practices, tools and techniques, including workshop design and facilitation will ensure future success
**What will your work look like?**
- Develop the change management approach and plan for an operating model change project
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Corporation including the Transformation Office, IT Group, and People team.
- Conduct change readiness assessments to measure sentiment and develop plans to improve readiness
- Partner with project teams and Internal Comms advisors respectively to drive consistent effective communications
