Lead Organisational Change for Defence's Future Workforce
Are you an experienced Change Manager ready to support the transformation of Defence's workforce for 2030? Join the Land C4 Capability Review Team (CCR) as a Change Manager , where your skills in organisational change management will drive key Defence initiatives and support the future readiness of Army's LC4 workforce.
In this role, you'll develop and execute change management strategies that align with Defence's goals, manage resistance, and ensure successful adoption of workforce transformation. Working closely with project stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in preparing Defence for rapid advancements in technology and capability.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop Change Management Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive change plan that addresses impacts, manages resistance, and aligns with Defence's goals. Assess Impact and Readiness: Conduct change impact assessments across workforce segments and evaluate organisational readiness. Manage Resistance and Drive Adoption: Develop strategies to mitigate resistance and support stakeholders in adopting changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Stakeholder Engagement Lead to ensure clear and consistent communication. Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Track change management efforts, adjust strategies as needed, and report progress to the Project Manager and steering committee. About You:
You are a skilled Change Manager with at least 7 years of experience in leading organisational change initiatives, ideally within Defence or similar large-scale environments. Your expertise in change readiness, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement will be essential for this role.
Must-Have:
Minimum 7 years of experience in organisational change for large projects. Highly Desirable:
Familiarity with Defence environments and experience implementing change in agile frameworks like SAFe. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving needs. Ready to Lead Change in Defence Workforce Transformation?
