You'll be reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, the Change Manager will be responsible for establishing the Change Management Strategy and Framework and designing and implementing the organisation's change management capability including setting up practices, processes, and activities in support of the Austal's Capability Strategy and Transformation Plan.
