Change Manager

Initial 8-month contract | Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney location | exciting national programTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking an experienced EL1 Change Manager to work across a number of projects within this federal government agency, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.In this role you will be responsible for assessing, designing and delivering change management activities across a variety of projects in the digital health space, including Aged Care, Allied Health, Pathology & Diagnostic Imaging, Medicines Manage, to support the overall strategic objectives of the agency.Role RequirementsDemonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating organisational change management requirements.Demonstrated experience in applying a structured methodology and leading organisational change management activities.Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.Excellent organisational skills.Government experience is highly desirable.Please note that you must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this opportunity.This is a contract opportunity for an initial 8-month period, with the potential for further extensions, and can be based in Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney, with great flexible hybrid working options.NEXT STEPSIf you think this could be the right role for you APPLY TODAY or for further information, please contact Lindsey on 0405 932 513 or email ******
