You'll collaborate closely with managers, senior managers and executives, taking input and direction and making recommendations on the full lifecycle of change management, from inception to maturity. You'll then support leaders by providing a structured change management strategy for implementation.
You will deliver change and business readiness documents including strategies, plans, schedules and briefing packs, provide coaching and direction, and facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective change management can be embedded into the business culture.
The community you will joinBased in our Bowen Hills office you will report to the Business Improvement Manager within our Major Projects Office, the group that exists to manage the governance which underpin our large-scale projects - establishing our strategic aspiration to become a major developer that safely delivers complex and significant CAPEX projects over the next decade.

Your expertiseDegree level qualification in a relevant field such as business, education, human resources or project management or a lesser qualification if coupled with significant experience.Proven success in and a passion for driving and enabling business transformation within a Program environment.Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational change management strategies including identification of need, mentoring project sponsors and champions of change, stakeholder assessment, communication strategies, training needs analysis and evaluation of change outcomes in Programs and Projects.The ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and Executive team.Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships with stakeholders, including influencing others in a matrix organisation structure.What matters most will be your mindset – you will be action-orientated self-starter with an optimistic, growth-mindset.
