The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the organisation. The CFO will lead the finance team and work closely with other senior executives to achieve the organisation's financial goals.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer at a facility near Byron Bay.

This role involves managing the financial risks, planning, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency and innovation. The CFO will lead the finance team and work closely with other senior executives to achieve the organisation's financial goals.
There is a scope for this position to be a hybrid role.
Duties: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets. Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision. Understand the financial, quality, risk and compliance of how a residential home operates. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Capacity to implement efficiencies in practice. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and dependability. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. Skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role. Proven experience in financial planning, strategy development, and risk management. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial controls.
