About the Role
Based in Rockhampton QLD, the role will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.
This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space.
Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
Team first mentality
