We pride ourselves on positive culture within our workplace and love growing our team as we continue to expand!The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead the team at Western Truck Repairs, Williamstown.Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.Role ResponsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
