Flourish Early Learning Centres are family-focused boutique centres with a considered growth strategy to deliver outstanding nurture and education to children. Flourish proudly boasts passionate educators, excellent facilities, and supportive management for families, children, and staff.
Our purpose-built 56 place centre is at capacity and looking for a passionate and dedicated leader to build on our success.
This role can be either 4 or 5 days per week, which could suit someone studying their ECT Degree, looking for work/life balance; equally, we are very happy to have a 5 day a week Director.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing outstanding experiences for the children and families and bring your team with you on the journey to create an amazing environment and learning spaces.
Ideally, with several years of experience in a similar role, you will be a leader and motivating educator with capable administrative skills, high attention to detail, and unwavering standards.
You will have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS, and regulations.
We deliver a strong onboarding program with ongoing professional development and support; as such, high calibre 2IC's or EL's are encouraged to apply.
The ability to develop excellent relationships with families is essential, along with managing operations to maximize enrolments and ensuring Flourish is seen as the centre of choice for families in the community.
The successful applicant will be a friendly, outgoing, and approachable individual who works well in a team but also autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential, as is a professional level of presentation.
You will be an integral part of the management team, networking directly with the owners, other Centre Directors, and Educational Leaders across the group. You will have the opportunity to input directly to the organisation, and you will know your voice is valued.
