Description: The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Part time Catering Assistant at our aged care residence in North Sydney.
Roster:
Position #1 Tue - Sat 1500 - 1930/Thu 1600 - 1920, Position #2 Mon 0700- 1400/Tue - 0630-1400/Wed - Fri 1500-1930, Position #3, Tue - Thu 1400-1930.
Time- Week 1.- 21.5hrs, Week 2- 27hrs, Week- 21.5hrs/wk.
What This Role Involves: Assisting with food preparation.Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks.Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods.Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas.Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices.Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude.Assisting the broader team as required.Prepare and present texture modified foods. Skills and Experiences: The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).
