The role: Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
Experience in managing participants with challenging behaviours.
Available for overnight shifts.

We are seeking permanent or part-time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

Experience in mental health would be advantageous.

Mandatory requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent.
First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
Current Driver's License.
National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check.
Working with Children Check.
