ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for a Casual Call Centre Assistant in our busy room service call center at the Mater Hospital.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the provision of food and nutrition services to patients and guests, and is the initial engagement point with the Food Services department across SVHA Private Division hospitals.
The position holder will be responsible for assisting patients as well as their guests and family members with meal selections via the electronic system, telephone, or in person from patients' rooms (for patients screened as needing assistance).
The Call Center Assistant will utilise the CBORD software system, which interfaces with the patient electronic medical record, answer patient calls, enter meal orders into CBORD and provide assistance to patients with menu selections that are in accordance with their prescribed diet.
