About the role Drug ARM has an exciting opportunity awaiting you to join our 'day-based' rehab program.
Providing structured and intensive support to individuals aged 18 and above facing moderate to severe substance dependence.
As a Case Worker, you'll be at the forefront of delivering evidence-informed, contemporary AOD programs.
Employing psychosocial interventions backed by research, you'll lead individual and group counselling sessions focused on addressing harmful substance use, developing coping strategies, relapse prevention, and more.
From intake and assessment to discharge planning and post-treatment support, you'll be involved in every step of the client's journey towards recovery.
About you? The key experience and skills desired for this position are: Undergraduate qualifications in health/human services OR Two (2) years' experience delivering alcohol and other drug services; Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products; Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to make a difference.
