Multiple Federal Government opportunities in Surry Hills or Parramatta Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension$43.82 per hour + superWe are seeking multiple Case Management Support Officers to join a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude to disability.

The position will support the AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) Case Management Branch to manage external review applications. The aim of the branch is to improve the experience of current and prospective participants by resolving applications in a timely and consistent manner.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assist with onboarding of new staff.Data and compliance and quality reporting support.Scheduling meetings, timetabling and note taking.Receiving and registering new AAT matters.Actioning and directing correspondence.Analysing and assessing AAT Applications.Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for applications within strict time frames.Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.Organising assessments to support the decision making process for case managers About You:
The Case Management Support role is an administration position and would suit someone which a strong understanding of legal processes and an ability to interpret legislation. Your skillset will include:
Previous experience within a similar field with strong administration skillsAbility to undertake a problem-solving approach and be inquisitive.Ability to produce work in a deadline driven environment.Strong Customer Service experience and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.Experience utilising SharePoint is desirable.Having a strong interest or previous experience with the Disability Sector would be an advantage.To Apply:
