About Us:Carberry Designer Homes is a reputable local business specializing in quality custom homes, granny flats, house raises, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. We are well-known in the Sunshine Coast region for our attention to detail and high-end finishes. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Carpenter to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

New build construction, including timber framing for external and internal walls
Flooring installation and leveling
Installation of tie-downs, exterior cladding, windows, and doors
Interior linings, finishing carpentry, and custom carpentry
Renovation tasks, including demolition, frame installation, deck building, and collaboration with subcontracted trades

Qualifications:

Carpentry Certificate III or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience
Current OHS White Card
Own transport and tools
Ability to read and work from building plans with a keen eye for detail

Skills & Attributes:

Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $40.00 – $43.00 per hour

Experience:

Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

White Card (Preferred)
Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Preferred)

Australia (Preferred)
